How does EasyTech work/What number do I call for EasyTech support?

It’s simple — give our experts a call, tell us your problem, and we’ll walk you through it.  Our team of experts will guide you through beyond-basic troubleshooting, device streaming issues, security system setup, new device integration, and more.  EasyTech remote technical support is conducted over the phone and is flexible, meaning you don’t have to worry about waking sleeping babies, corralling your pets into a different room. Whenever you need technical help for a supported item, simply call 844-660-1409* for technical assistance.  An EasyTech agent will work with you to find the best solution to resolve your issue by either walking you through the steps or, when applicable, taking remote control of your device to troubleshoot.

No.  If you are subscribed to EarthLink services such as internet access, security or email, then support for those products and services are included.  EasyTech provides support for items not provided by EarthLink.  For example, if your gaming system is having problems that would be something outside the normal scope of support for a customer with internet access.  However, if you are subscribed to EasyTech you can call and get support for it right away.  If your printer or computer is having problems, EasyTech would be your quick on-call solution for technical assistance.

What does Easytech support?

I have a specific device not listed in the Supported Devices list, can EasyTech still help?

As the number of Supported Devices is to long to post in one place, the Supported Devices list is a general summary of the types of items EasyTech supports.  If your item is not listed, give us a call to find out if we can be of assistance.
