Outlook 365 Email Setup

This article will walk you through setting up your EarthLink Email in Outlook 365.

  1. Open Outlook
  2. Click on File
  3. Click the Account Settings Button
  4. Click the first option that says Account Settings (again) in the drop down that opens
  5. Click the Email Tab
  6. Click New
  7. Enter your email address in the Email address box and then click the Connect button
  8. Enter your email address password and then click the Connect button
Outlook will take a moment to setup your account and present you with an Account successfully added screen.  Click Done at the bottom of the page to close out the window.  Then click the Close button on the Email Accounts box to return to Outlook and begin using your email.

Note:  If for any reason Outlook cannot confirm your email settings, you may be prompted to enter them manually.  You can view your EarthLink email settings at https://help.earthlink.net/portal/en/kb/articles/email-server-settings.
