How to Make a One Time Payment


Summary

One-time payments will be charged to your card immediately and applied against the balance on your account. Please note that this will not change your current payment method.

Quick Payments -
If you just want to make a quick payment on an account, visit https://pay.earthlink.net/, answer a few quick questions and you can make a payment on any of your accounts quickly and easily. 

Portal - Update your Default Payment Method

If you would like to update your default payment method, you can do so easily by visiting EarthLink's My Account Portal.

  1. Go to https://portal.earthlink.net and login with your account information.
  2. Click on Billing Information in the navigation menu.
  3. Scroll down and click on Manage Payment Method
  4. Use the form to update your default payment method. 
Make a One Time payment using the EarthLink Mobile App 

You can also use the EarthLink -EarthLink app found in the iOS or Android mobile stores to make a payment.  Just look for EarthLink app in the appropriate store, install it and then login with your account information.  Click on the Account tab at the bottom of the page and then click the "Pay Now" option to make a one time payment.  You can also update your Payment Method using the "Manage Payment Methods"  button.
