Tips to avoid maxing out your email storage
- Every once in a while, follow the instructions given in the link above to free your storage space.
- Make sure that your email program is set up to delete messages off the server once you've downloaded them. You'll find a helpful walk-through at: Email Server Settings
- Purchase additional storage space through MyAccount. To get more storage space now: visit the plan details page for My Account, then click the "Edit" link for the email address you want to change.
