Email Full or Email Bouncing

This article explains using Web Mail to clean out your EarthLink email storage space.


Cleaning out storage space may help if people are unable to send you email, or you received an error message about reaching your email storage limit.

To free up your email storage space, go to EarthLink WebMail and click on the box next to any emails you want to remove and then click the Delete button.  


Please note, deleting emails from WebMail is permanent and cannot be reversed.  Deleting email from an email client or a mobile device that is configured to remove email from the server at the same time is also permanent and cannot be reversed.
