My Account Portal Mobile App

The EarthLink My Account Portal mobile app allows you to effortlessly manage your EarthLink account and services from the convenance of your phone or mobile device. 

With the My Account Portal mobile app, you can:
  1. Make a payment
  2. Update your Autopay Settings
  3. View your Billing details
  4. Change your Contact Information
  5. Update, change or reset your account password

The Home Tab

  1. View your current and past invoices
  2. View all your subscribed services
  3. View and add other available EarthLink services

The Account Tab

  1. My Plan Details - This section shows you details about your current EarthLink Services.  Depending on your services you can manage data, change your plan or view network settings. 
  2. Billing Information - View your general bill and invoice information such as when your next payment is due.
  3. Manage Payment Methods - Update your preferred payment method
  4. Contact Information - Update your address, phone and email information so we know how to get in touch with you about your account
  5. Account Security - Turn on Multi-Factor Authentication using your mobile phone or an authenticator app
