EarthLink My Account Portal is a new quick, easy, and secure website where you can manage almost every aspect of your EarthLink account.  

Note: You will need to register your account to access the New My Account Portal page.  See Register My Account below.

Here is a list of some of the features found in EarthLink My Account.

Register My Account

To make changes to your account, you will need to register with the email address you gave us when you signed up for your EarthLink account.  EarthLink customers with an @earthlink.net, @mindspring.com, or other EarthLink email address, you will want to login with your Primary EarthLink email address.  Registration is quick and easy and will help protect your account by providing backup contact information and options for keeping your account secure. 

  1. Go to https://portal.earthlink.net
  2. Click on the Sign In button on the top right of the page
  3. In the window that opens, click the Register Now link under the Sign In and Support buttons. 
  4. Enter the email address you used when you signed up for EarthLink services.  If you have an @earthlink.net email address, use your primary EarthLink email address for this step. 
  5. Click Submit Email and complete a few verification and security related questions to register your account.
Once completed, return to https://portal.earthlink.net and login to My Account Portal.

NOTE:
As the new My Account page is still be rolled out, customers that have been with EarthLink for more than 2 years may need to visit https://myaccount.earthlink.net to make changes to their account.  However, you may complete the Register Now process outline above if you would like to proactively migrate over to the new My Account Portal.
