The EarthLink Portal allows you to manage your account, change passwords and keep your account secure quickly and easily. Located at
https://portal.earthlink.net, the My Account Portal allows you to manage all aspects of your account. Here is a list of some of the features you will find:
- Change your password
- Update your Contact Information
- Update your billing information
- Pay your bill
- View your EarthLink Services details
First-Time Access (Register Your Account)
If you have not logged in before:
- Go to the sign-in page
- Click 'Register My Account' or go to https://portal.earthlink.net/start
- Follow the steps to verify your account and create your login credentials
Sign In to Your Account
- Go to https://portal.earthlink.net
- Click Sign In
- Enter your email address or User ID and password
- Complete any additional verification if prompted
Forgot Your Password?
- Go to https://portal.earthlink.net
- Click 'Forgot Password?'
- Enter your email address
- Follow the instructions to verify your identity
- Create a new password
Password Requirements
- 8–32 characters
- Must include at least 3 of the following:
- - Uppercase letters
- - Lowercase letters
- - Numbers
- - Special characters
Change Your Password
From the Portal:
- Sign in to https://portal.earthlink.net
- Go to Account Security
- Select Change Password
If you have an EarthLink email address, you can also change your password from Webmail:
- Go to https://webmail.earthlink.net
- Sign in
- Navigate to Preferences → Account Security
- Update your password
