The EarthLink Portal allows you to manage your account, change passwords and keep your account secure quickly and easily. Located at
https://portal.earthlink.net, the My Account Portal allows you to manage all aspects of your account. Here is a list of some of the features you will find:
- Change your password
- Update your Contact Information
- Update your billing information
- Pay your bill
- Change shipping information
- View your EarthLink Services details
First-Time Access (Register Your Account)
If you have not logged in before:
1. Go to the sign-in page
3. Follow the steps to verify your account and create your login credentials
Sign In to Your Account
2. Click Sign In
3. Enter your email address or User ID and password
4. Complete any additional verification if prompted
Forgot Your Password?
2. Click 'Forgot Password?'
3. Enter your email address
4. Follow the instructions to verify your identity
5. Create a new password
Password Requirements
• 8–32 characters
• Must include at least 3 of the following:
- Uppercase letters
- Lowercase letters
- Numbers
- Special characters
Change Your Password
From the Portal:
2. Go to Account Security
3. Select Change Password
If you have an EarthLink email address, you can also change your password from Webmail:

3. Navigate to Preferences → Account Security
4. Update your password
