There are a few items to check off to make this a smooth process:
1. Account must be in good standing with no pending change (Speed Upgrade/Downgrade)
 
2. Must have an active credit card on the account

Policies regarding Relocation

1. There is no charge for installation during a relocation
  
2. The new relocation order will begin a new term with a new Early Termination Fee (ETF)

3. If you are currently within term, this ETF is waived upon completion of the relocation

Need to keep EarthLink Internet at your current and new address?

You can choose when to close your existing service plan. Our Support Team can set your account to close on a specific date or to close automatically when your new service plan is installed.
