Open any Web browser (like Internet Explorer, Safari etc.) |

In the Address field, type http://myaccount.earthlink.net and hit Enter. |

Once the MyAccount page is pulled up, enter your EarthLink email address (e.g.,youremailaddress@earthlink.net) followed by the password and click Sign In. |

After signing in, from the MyAccount home click on Billing Information. |

From the Payment Method section, click on the Edit button. |

If your current payment method is something other than credit card, click on Change payment method to credit card. |

Enter the credit/debit card details and kindly go thru the automatic payment disclaimer, tick the check box. Now,enter the billing address as per the credit/debit card and click Save Changes.
Once the changes have been saved you will be able to see the new card reflecting on the MyAccount. Note: we no longer accept prepaid cards as a mode of payment. |
