How to Update Your Credit Card Information


The EarthLink Portal can be used to manage your EarthLink account.

Portal 
Follow the steps below to learn how to update the credit card information for your EarthLink account.
  1. Go to https://portal.earthlink.net and login with your Account information
  2. Click on Billing Information
  3. Scroll down and click on Payment Method - Manage Payment Method
  4. You can edit or Add New Payment information on this page
  5. Click Save when you are done. 

EarthLink Wallet:

Customers can save up to 5 credit/ debit cards for future transactions within EarthLink Customer Portal. The Primary card assigned will be used for AutoPay. The remaining cards are housed within My Account online and can be used for One-Time payment transactions.
