What is People App in Windows 10?


The People App in your Windows 10 PC is your address book. You can add your contacts in the app and keep in touch with your friends and family. The People App is integrated with Mail, in Windows 10. This means you can directly select a contact from People App and send them an email.

The People App also works as a social app where you can stay in touch with your Skype contacts and Outlook contacts at one place.

 Steps to send an email using People App.

  1. In the lower left corner of Windows 10, select the Start button.
  2. Once you type People, in the left pane, then Windows suggests the People App. Select the app to open it.
  3. In the top left Search box in the People App, type the name of the person you want to send an email message to.
