How to Remove Ads in Web Mail

You can remove ads in Web Mail by adding Ad-Free Web Mail to your list of subscribed services in EarthLink's My Account Portal.
  1. Go to https://portal.earthlink.net and sign in with your primary EarthLink email address
  2. Click on the Plan Details option in the Navigation menu
  3. Look for the Other Available Services section
  4. Click on Ad-Free Web Mail and review the terms of the service.  If you accept, click the check box and then the Save button to add the service.  Ad-Free Web Mail does require a small monthly fee. 
Please Note:  Ad-Free Web Mail only removes the banner advertisements found at the top and left of Web Mail.  Ad-Free Web Mail does not affect any ads included in email messages you receive.
