You can remove ads in Web Mail by adding Ad-Free Web Mail to your list of subscribed services in EarthLink's My Account Portal.
- Go to https://portal.earthlink.net and sign in with your primary EarthLink email address
- Click on the Plan Details option in the Navigation menu
- Look for the Other Available Services section
- Click on Ad-Free Web Mail and review the terms of the service. If you accept, click the check box and then the Save button to add the service. Ad-Free Web Mail does require a small monthly fee.
Please Note: Ad-Free Web Mail only removes the banner advertisements found at the top and left of Web Mail. Ad-Free Web Mail does not affect any ads included in email messages you receive.
