Summary
The EarthLink Portal My Account page provides you direct access to make changes to your EarthLink Hosting account billing and billing information. You can update your payment method or view upcoming charges from the My Account page.
If you have never used the Portal page before, you may need to first Register your Account before you can login to the Portal.
Registering your Hosting Account
Go to the Portal page and click on Register Your Account Now. Follow the steps register your account and create a login. When asked for an email address, use admin@(yourdomain.com). The verification will be sent to admin@(yourdomain.com) as well, so make sure you have access to that email address when registering to use the Portal My Account page.

- Update Billing and Contact Information
- Adjust your Account Security settings
- Make a Payment
How do I make changes to my hosted domain website, DNS or email?
If you want to make changes to your website or website associated services like email and DNS records, visit https://control.earthlink.net and login with your account information. The Control Center gives you full access to your sites features and services.
