Summary
The EarthLink Portal My Account page provides you direct access to make changes to your EarthLink Hosting account billing and billing information. You can update your payment method or view upcoming charges from the My Account page.
You will login with the email address associated with you Hosting account. This will be the contact email address you provided EarthLink when you signed up for your account. If you have never used the Portal page before, you may need to first Register your Account before you can login to the Portal.
Registering your Hosting Account
Go to the Portal page and click on Register Your Account Now. Follow the steps register your account and create a login.
Portal My Account Features
From the Portal page, you can:
- View your Plan Details
- Update Billing and Contact Information
- Adjust your Account Security settings
- Make a Payment
Note: If you want to make changes to your hosted website, domain, DNS or email, visit https://control.earthlink.net. The Portal My Account page is mainly for managing your general account payment and invoices.
