Summary
Domain Manager Application allows you to manage your domain settings. Modify your domain’s contact information, lock/unlock your domain, change the Name Servers, enable/disable WhoIs Privacy protection, and request your Transfer Authorization (EPP) code through Domain Manager.
Launching the Application
Login to control.earthlink.net using your domain name and password
Click on Advanced Tools
Under Utilities click on Domain Manager
You can disable/enable private registration option (Domain Privacy), update name servers, domain transfer status and lock status.
This section allows you to send the EPP code to your registrant email address. With that EPP code you can transfer your domain to a different registrar.
Generate EPP code:
Checkmark the appropriate domain name you wish to transfer and click on Request to send the EPP code to your registrant email address
(Note: If you need to reset the EPP transfer code for your domain, please ensure that the domain is unlocked and then use the "Reset" button)
This section allows you to update your Registrant, Administrative and Technical information for your domain.
You would see the following screen once you click Domain Contacts:
Select the domain and click on Apply. On the following screen you can update the contact information and click on Apply.
This section allows you to update A (address), MX (mail exchange), CNAME (canonical name) records for your domain.
Select the appropriate domain and click on Apply. You can then select the record and make changes. Once the changes are done. Click on Apply and then click on Next twice.
