EarthLink Web Mail FAQ

EarthLink Web Mail provides easy access to check your EarthLink email, manage contacts, control spam and change your accounts security all from the convenance of a single webpage. 

You can check your EarthLink Email at https://webmail.earthlink.net.  

You just need your EarthLink email address and password.  Please note, EarthLink Web Mail only works for our customers with an EarthLink email address such as @earthlink.net or @mindspring.com or one of the many other great domains that are part of the EarthLink family. 

Where do I find  new emails in Web Mail?

New messages will be in your Inbox.  Web Mail will take you to your Inbox by default when you first login.  You can find the Inbox on the left navigation menu if needed. 

What is Known Spam?

Known Spam flags and moves messages to the Known Spam folder when they have positively been identified as spam messages.  You can click on Known Spam or go to https://webmail1.earthlink.net/spamblocker/knownspam to see messages flagged as spam. 

What is Suspect Spam?

Suspect Spam checks to see if the sender is in your Web Mail Address Book.  You can turn Suspect Spam on or off in the spamBlocker settings.  Please see https://webmail1.earthlink.net/spamblocker/overview for more information.  Suspect Spam is a great way to ensure only email from people you know make it directly into your inbox.  

How do I move an email from one folder to another folder?

In Web Mail, click the box next to the message you want to move.  Then click the drop down option for Move to and select the folder you want to move the message to and it will automatically be moved.  If you have the message open in its own window, you can just click the Move To drop down from the top of the email.
