• View the source of your HTML file and make sure that the ACTION is correct as per the instructions and that the two hidden fields RECIPIENT and THANKURL are present.
• If the two hidden fields are present, make sure that the cases are correct as per the instructions. They need to be in all uppercase letters.
• Double check your HTML file for any HTML errors. An HTML tag that was not properly closed can cause the form not to work.

I get a Not Found... error message after I press the submit button but I still get the data from the form.

The most likely cause of this error message is that you specified the wrong URL to your thank you page or you didn't have a thank you page. If you had created your thank you page and have uploaded it, make sure that the value of the THANKURL field has the correct URL to this page. If you have not created a thank you page, create one, upload it, and then specify the URL of your thank you page as the value of the THANKURL field.
